Shaka was active in the Soundsystem business since the mid ’70s. He was born in Clarendon, Jamaica but later moved in London where he started working in sound systems ’till he created his own. His sound system became one of the mostpopular in UK and that success let himlater to also create his own label and start producing and makingalbums and singles. He since then have released much material some credited under his name, or under the name of thenumerous singers, producers he collaborated with.
